Lakeside Animal Hospital in Tilton (552 Laconia Road) is having an open house on April 24, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Franklin Animal Shelter, located on 71 Punch Brook Road, Franklin, will have a table set up and will be accepting donations. Come on down and check it out!
A BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE that helped make our benefit concert a HUGH success. The staff and volunteers cannot thank everyone enough for the support you have shown. On behalf of all of us at the shelter, and the animals of course, WE SALUTE YOU!!! To see the community come together like they did for us during these difficult times, is overwhelming. Our BEST fundraiser to date.

Congratulations to those that won prizes during the silent auction and separate raffles. A few of our great auction items were: Gift baskets from Island Sun Tanning and Chrissy's Paw Spa, $100.00 certificate from Pair Adice Tattoo, 2 Collin Raye concert tickets for May 16, 2010 at the Whittemore Center, 2 NASCAR tickets for July and a gas grill with a cover and utensils.
